Is this a true problem? What can I do? Sending mails is sometimes
very slowly.

Apart from if it is a problem or not ... this has nothing to do with
sending mail. This seems to be an IMAP searchfor a certain MESSAGE-ID
(maybe to set a flag or something after sending) ?
