Maybe you can help me. I use dbmail 2.2.18.
A newly installed client tries to register a filter rule on another computer. When I click on "submit", I get immediately the error message: An error happened Error in Sieve: Failed to read from socket On the other computer is running dbmail-timsieved. The rule will be entered regardless of the error in the database. The only error message in dbmail.err the other computer is: Error: [timsieved] timsieve.c, tims_handle_connection (+164): client timed, connection closed For the client who just registered, rule is not displayed. If another rule is entered, the previous rule is overwritten and there is again the error message. So it can be entered only one rule. There are -v for dbmail-timsieved an extensive log file with 250 lines. That may be too long for the mailing list. Perhaps there is someone who looks at first glance, what could go wrong here.
