Hey Jorge,
you should do this daily, so its not a problem. Only problem is that mails
getting fetched while there are no header cached for this mail will not
show a subject until the message is downloaded to the client.

Tell me, can I run -by while having messages exchanged? being inserted,
deleted, etc etc, either pop3 and imap (I know imap will suffer)

I'm doing some offline tests with this, but the envelope table isn't
being filled, either with dbmail-util -by or -yb.
Any idea on what it could be?
Steps were:
Truncate dbmail_envelope;
CREATE UNIQUE INDEX dbmail_envelope_1 ON
dbmail_envelope(physmessage_id);
Dbmail-util -yb (or -by)
