There no such tool. What needs to be done is that for those messages the
envelope header needs to be fixed:

 May 28 18:10:18 2010
---

should look like

---
>From someb...@company.com May 28 18:10:18 2010
---

Or the dbmail source should be fixed to ignore the first line.

If the number of messages broken is not very large, and they are very
old, I would delete them.
