Ive tried the version below and am not seeing the extra inserted headers of 3.1.5
Its seemingly less stable than 3.1.4 was though and I have seen at least one deal breaking oddity In Thunderbird 17.0.6 up some messages which contain a mixture of attachments misbehave when forwarded if the original message contains 2 attachments the forwarded message shows 39 or 40 all of which are corrupt. Whilst trying to test the forwarding of different messages Ive had this version of dbmail crash with the error: Sep 5 14:52:47 storage1 kernel: pid 53888 (dbmail-imapd), uid 65534: exited on signal 6 Assertion failed: (GMIME_IS_MESSAGE(message)), function imap_get_structure, file dm_misc.c, line 1855. I havent the time to try it on Outlook/Roundcube/Squirrel yet.
