Thanks for your response, apologies for the lack of info. I have my DBMAILadmin setup using the static IP of the server:
i.e. https://00.00.00.00/dbmailadmin error message is "This web page is not available." Since I changed my host name with process: hostname new.hostname.com changed relevant files in hosts and sysconfig networking according.
