I _assume_ you are referring to dbmail-2.2 It's brief source availability on debian.nfgd.net yesterday was by accident. DBMail-3.0.2 *is* available on debian.nfgd.net and will build just fine on debian/sid DBMail-2 is no longer actively supported. New 2.2 versions are not planned or expected.
