For the record, the problems I saw with the imap append are gone. I copied over one mailbox (just a small one, but plenty of attachments, plaintext, html messages) and everything seems to be smooth so far, and I am excited.
So I guess my next question, related to imapd, will there be some way, or is it planned, that when I do a search, it will (or can be told to) only search the text/plain or text/html parts?
