Why? I find it simpler not to trust anybody.

And as marc said, the timsieved daemon is just for modifying the scripts using the timsieve protocol. For example the avelsieve plugin of squirrelmail would require that.

On the hosts running dbmail-lmtpd you have to have libsieve installed and dbmail-lmtpd compiled against libsieve, I kind of thought you meant that.

If you want to run timsieved too, you can put it anywhere. Host "A" looks good or where your webmail client would run.
