Jorge,

Are you sure those messages are really gone. Of course if you run
dbmail-util -a -y all the time they will be, but if you miss messages
the first thing to do is make sure they are not still there in the
database but with a status=2

Jorge Bastos wrote:
Continue with this, im noticing something...
the messages that dbmail-util -a -y deleted, are messages that wasn't
created by dbmail, but the messages that i've imported from the old
server using imapsync...

Paul,

No logs at the moment,
When i upgrades to 2.1.5 i had to put :
driver=mysql # Supported drivers are mysql, pgsql, sqlite.
authdriver=sql # Supported drivers are sql, ldap.

and when i went down to 2.0.9 problems started, those 2 lines abobe
cannot be in the config file, dbmail starts to get crazy with that,
when i say crazy i mean, somehow he can't read the other values, no
idea why.
Well after that i really don't remember what i did.
But i just stay in 2.0.9 and did a dbmail-util -a -y and all ok, lost
some *very very* important emails but life goes on..i should have done
a backup before but not, no problem.
I'll test 2.1.5 but on another machine from now and let the stable
alone for some time.
I'll let you know about the strange behavior of dbmail-imapd in 2.1.5

Jorge
