Paul, i can verify that this has fixed the issues i was seeing. not a single fault going through the entire weekend's mail. as a side note, it also fixed some other multipart issues i was seeing (but ignoring, as they didn't crash) with evolution. we had the occasional crash on mailer daemon messages as well (i'm going to guess it was related), but they were so few and far between that i didn't even worry about them. however, i'm going to guess that it is fixed as well. that's the optimist in me speaking. thanks for the quick fix!
