I (and my users) use it daily with squirrelmail, ilohamail, thunderbird, outlook-express, and outlook-office. I've also been testing with opengroupware.
There was a problem with the SVN version between 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 where mail didn't get delivered to the final mailbox but got stuck in the INBOX of the internal delivery user.
