If you find a way to do this, please share it with us. Afaik, there is currently
no tool for selectively exporting users and/or mailboxes in a format that can
reliably be used for importing the same.

The problems involved are much the same as with multi-master replication. Think
conflicting primary keys in the tables. Because of that reason alone, simple sql
exports and imports will not do.

So what we basically need is building a short-cut through the retrieval and
injection chains: dbmail-export. This is already on the todo-list. Perhaps
someone with the need needs to work up an itch and scratch it too.
