Would you mind sharing the code :-) I'd like to see how he did the _setPgsqlDictCursor part. > > I am wondering if you can tell me how to test it from the command line > or what log file I might observe for info on the output or errors when > the mail is piped to > > |/usr/local/bin/autoreplier.py -u [EMAIL PROTECTED] -a [EMAIL PROTECTED] How about: cat testemail.txt |/usr/local/bin/autoreplier.py -u [EMAIL PROTECTED] -a [EMAIL PROTECTED] It should raise errors if there's a critical problem. Check your syslog for activity on the smtp side (sending the autoreply). And check your /var/cache/dbmail for cache files appearing. /var/cache/dbmail/[EMAIL PROTECTED] in this case. But then, those are only created if sending the reply is succesful. -- ________________________________________________________________ Paul Stevens mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] NET FACILITIES GROUP PGP: finger [EMAIL PROTECTED] The Netherlands________________________________http://www.nfg.nl
