[Dbmail] Dbmail daemons take too long to start

I am testing a migration from 1.2.11 to 2.0.6 and whenever I want to 
start any of the daemons dbmail-imapd, etc... they call dbmail-util -a 
before forking and it takes more than 5 minutes for the dbmail-util -a 
to finish and have the service running.

Is there a way of starting without the dbmail-util -a?
