It looks like you are trying to setup the following seniro:
  'internet smtp'->postfix->InterScan Msg Suite->postfix->dbmail-smtp

>From what little documentation is available online it at Trendmicro.com,
it looks like it would be better to do:
  'internet smtp'->ismss->postfix->dbmail-smtp

Setting InterScan to do this should not be that hard and then you are
not messing with postfix's master.cf file.
