What I meant writing "When I put my real IP there, everything works."
was that I know about the 'BINDIP=' option and I had to put my public
IP address there for the configuration to work.
Here is my log file:

postfix/lmtp[3978]: 0134833C093: to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, relay=none,
delay=0, status=deferred (connect to example.tld[public ip here]:
Connection refused)
