[Dbmail] INTERNALDATE Appending

Hello all,

I came across

003103.html and was wondering if dbmail supports a date-time string  
with an append and, if so, when was it put into CVS. We are finding  
that outlook2k seems to work fine but outlook 2k3 and 2k2 don't for  
some reason.
