[Dbmail] Dbmail 2.0 RC7 include Sort patch?

Does the Dbmail 2.0 RC7 download include Leif Jackson's
Sort patch?

If not where would be the best place to find it?

Once I have it, should I apply the patch to current CVS or
the source from the dbmail.org download section?
