This may not be what your looking for. This is my solution for adding users and administrating dbmail.
It works great for me. I would not have it any other way. Write some bash scripts that execute dbmail-adduser, dbmail-maintenace, etc.. and execute them via WEBMIN CUSTUM MENU. You will have full control over dbmail via your custum menus.
