Hello All:

The latest improvement to DBMA V1.0.6 (DbMail Administrator) is a more
selective process for pulling out lists of users and aliases by groups.

ClientID is likely a category used differently under many circumstances as I
see from reading the various scenarios spelled out in the mail list archives
as well as from feedback.

DBMA refers to ClientID as user groups and pulls lists of users or aliases
on a group basis. You can also pull a list of users from all groups.

Where non-ISP DbMail operators provide mail services to a range of their
clients, the ClientID might pertain to each of the client groups. ISP's
might assign billing codes or regional parameters to the ClientID.

Where there are thousands of users (the potential is millions depending on
your SQL engine power) you may want to break them into many dozens of user
Groups (ClientID).

The revised DBMA SQL tool envisions great scalability for your mail server
and accommodates administering many thousands of users.

More help files and some minor improvements in a number of areas are
included in the new package http://library.mobrien.com/dbmailadministrator/.

best... Mike
