Yes I'm sorry you are: http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-showalter-sieve-vacation-05.txt Cyrus uses sieve for vacation for example. dbmail should prefer that solution too I think, because there a lot of sieve GUIs out there to manage that.
