[Dbmail] dbmail upgrade from dbmail-1.1 to dbmail 1.2.3

hi

i want to upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2.3.
just wanted to ask if tables changed? can i simply compile 1.2.3 and 
copy over existing binaries?
