Kaspersky anti-virus contains an LMTP communication port.
You can probably design a delivery chain like
postfix--LMTP-->kaspersky--LMTP-->DBmail-lmtp

i know, the nomenclature of the dbmail-smtp program is not ideal ;-) But
no, dbmail is not a complete mta; dbmail-smtp is a mail-injector called
by postfix to deliver mail into the database. With dbmail 2.0 comes a
LMTP daemon for improved performance (tnx to aaron) but this still
relies on an mta like postfix.
