Right. Username/mailbox is unique while alias/mailbox might not be and could be ambiguous. For example, deliver to [EMAIL PROTECTED], mailbox 'leads'. The alias might expand to non-local addresses or to users that don't have a 'leads' mailbox (should it be created, ignored, or bounced?).
