Hey, Just tried the pg_dump and now the data are in the mysql, but still version 1.2, but better than nothing it that works, will test it later today, when the users go home.
But when I try to migrate to dbmail 2.0 the exact same error, but if just it can't run on mysql I'm happy, then the script to update to 2.0 can come later... Dbmail rocks... Keep up the good work guys // ouT > -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- > Fra: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > På vegne af Paul J Stevens > Sendt: 2. februar 2004 12:46 > Til: dbmail@dbmail.org > Emne: Re: SV: SV: SV: [Dbmail] Easiest way to transfer mails > from postgresql 1.x to mysql 2.x or 1.x does not matter....... > > Yes, I'm using Christian's script as a base. > > Ilja Booij wrote: > > Hi, > > > > Paul J Stevens wrote: > > > >> Perhaps you should then first migrate from pgsql to mysql, before > >> moving from 1.2 to 2.0: > >> > >> I once used: > >> > >> pg_dump --file=/var/tmp/dbmail-dump.pgdata --format=p --data-only > >> --inserts --no-owner --no-reconnect --no-privileges dbmail > mysql -f > >> dbmail < /var/tmp/dbmail-dump.pgdata > > > > Seems to be a very useful approach.
