There are no database changes between 1.2.1 and 1.2.2. Also
no changes in dbmail.conf.
The new version consists only of bugfixes.
Easist way to do it:
* compile
* test with a different dbmail.conf (to be able to listen on a
different port), if satisfactory:
* pick a moment were traffic is low, and warn your users before.
* install
* kill old dbmail-processes, start new ones.
