That's not a function of dbmail, but rather something between your mailclient and your mta (postfix).

Most stock mailclients will work just fine. Success has been reported using: Outlook OutlookExpress Mozilla/Netscape Mutt Squirrelmail Horde/IMP Fetchmail Eudora ... and many others I'm sure. So go with your favorite client and send a bugreport when it barfs.
