  I've never used qmail with dbmail, so can't really help much there,
but in reguard to:

  I posted a patch to the list yesterday that includes a file in
sql/postgres/ for creating an appropriate pbsp table in postgres.
You might apply that path and give that table a try, if your current
dbmail isn't updating entries in the one you made.
