[Dbmail] info functionality

Hi All,

I'm decided to use dbmail in my web farm, but i need to filter my user for
using IMAP or POP3 protocol. No all user can use IMAP (so bandwidth
intensive), all can use POP3.
If i change the code, you can insert it into CVS ??
