Hello Jeff,

  I tried to test this on our dbmail-1.1 test platform, but it happens
to be on a Sparc platform, and the md5 stuff is still broken there.
Looking at the code, I'm guessing it doesn't work (ie. pbsp doesn't
get updated), but if you want to try the entirely-untested-yet-almost-
guaranteed-to-work patch attached to this message, it should fix it.
