imapd doesn't run through xinetd, you'll have to run it directly as a
daemon, nog through a wrapper.

I think it's a user-id problem, but I tried setting the user as 'root'
in the xinetd config and in dbmail.conf and it still doesn't work.
This is on a RH 7.2 machine. Any ideas?
