the dbmail.conf does not have to be world readable.. it needs to be user
and/or group readable by the dbmail daemon
If however you want to grant lusers access to dbmail-smtp via procmail
you would
have to run dbmail-smtp suid dbmail. I think that would solve it unless
I'm unaware of
some implication.
