Hi,
What exactly is not working? Are you able to send messages to your test
user by using dbmail-smtp manually? For every inserted message
dbmail-smtp logs a line containing something like 'message <uniqe-id
blabla> has been inserted'. You could run a grep on /var/log/mail.log
to see which messages actually have been inserted.
I understand you can see messages placed in your sent-items folder -
makes me believe the pop/imap daemons work just fine. If you can insert
messages using dbmail-smtp manually the problem should be in your
postfix configuration. Which command is set for postfix to call
dbmail-smtp? With which arguments? When mailing using postfix, what
does the maillog say? (postfix logs to /var/log/mail.log as well)

Hi Roel!
Thanks for reply.
first, set all the TRACE_LEVEL values to 5 in dbmail.conf and restart
the daemons.
done
run 'dbmail-adduser s' -- this will show all the users
dbmail show the info, my test user was kiki, and I create another user
test.
..
to make an imap login. To connect to the inbox, do
a select inbox
Could you try this and mail any errors (log output) you encounter?
Well, I didn't found any error, I re-check postfix, transport and
dbmail*
permissions..
At least I know dbmail is working, because postfix recives the email
and
dbmail store-it, plus i can see the folders and see the sent-item with
the
emails i try to send, and I can copy emails from my local folder and
dmbail-smtp store those emails, create folders, etc.
I try to send emails from differents accounts, even from localhost..
Any Idea? any suggestion?
Here is the log.

Means.. Mi postfix recives messages, dbmail store in the database,
but
I
Can't read by imapd or pop3d.
I don't get any error or something, postfix get the email.. but, i
can't
read them..
If i look in the database, i can see the headers of the emails, i can
see
the the folder for my user..
If I connect trought imapd, i open the folers, but are without
messages.
I re-install, and the same problem.
If I turn the transport of my postfix to local: the system run ok,
but
changing back to dbmail, I don't see any email.
Is possible a mistake I made when I build the dbmail?
Alvaro.

So what did this actually mean? Do you have error messages from a
client
running on local host?
