Luca,

on your first question I'm not to sure...I suggest posting more info 
(debugging/log info from dbmail/outlook to the newsgroup)

your second question: deleting the messages is done by the running the 
maintenance tool that comes along with dbmail. Outlook will flag the message to 
be deleted, but they are only removed once the maintance tool is run. 
(configure it as a cron job is the easiest way imho)
