Luca, on your first question I'm not to sure...I suggest posting more info (debugging/log info from dbmail/outlook to the newsgroup)
your second question: deleting the messages is done by the running the maintenance tool that comes along with dbmail. Outlook will flag the message to be deleted, but they are only removed once the maintance tool is run. (configure it as a cron job is the easiest way imho) - Filip ----- Original Message ----- From: Luca To: dbmail@dbmail.org Sent: Wednesday, September 04, 2002 2:40 PM Subject: [Dbmail] Re: novice problems I've a news on my problem DBmail + postfix + fetchmail works fine when i send a mail via intranet for myself it's go trought postfix->dbmail->pop3->my outlook and the date of mail is correct if mail going from internet, fetchmail->dbmail->pop3->my outlook, the date are shifted as i explain in my previous mail thank's From: Luca To: dbmail@dbmail.org Sent: Wednesday, September 04, 2002 11:54 AM Subject: novice problems Hi to all, I've tried to use dbmail but i've 2 problem : -- with fetchmail i store mail in db with correct pool date (i've lokked in db), but when i download it with my outlook date is shifted at 04/01/2002 elsewhere 04/09/2002 -- why when i download a message, in table message of dbmail database the row of message is not deleted ?
