I think they are coming from the uni-one-convertor. Have a look at that.
This is just a guess from what I have seen. All of my duplicating emails
have been from when I convertered over to dbmail.
See my most recent post under 'Strange POP behaviour'; I think you are
right, but if the 'message-id' passed to create_unique_id is not unique, we
will have a problem.
