ID: Req-0244 - Senior Business Analyst Description: Specific requirements: Senior Business Analyst - Would really like experience with Business Intelligence, Databases, report tool experience. The Business Intelligence team is charged with creating world class information management reporting solutions in support of our Global Retail organization.. Acting as the Business Systems Analyst for Business Intelligence in support of Digital Commerce projects. BSA will work as part of a larger project team reporting both to the hiring manager and the assigned project manager(s). Key deliverables: gather project requirements from project stakeholders including scope sign-off; translate these requirements into functional requirements for developers; manage change requests to requirements and help with preliminary QA against requirements. Desired Skills: . 5 years' technical, business or related experience . 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree . 2 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst or data gathering role . Candidate must have experience in gathering data requirements (2 years) . Ability to gather and understand business requirements and translate into IT solutions (Functional specification creation) . Previous experience with understanding and documentiong of the flow of data from source systems through extraction and load processes into reporting structures. . Ability to communicate verbally, in writing and via presentations effectively with a broad range of IT and business counterparts. Experience with Data Warehousing and report authoring greatly preferred.
