Short Description:
. Responsible for COGNOS Infrastructure implementation and upgrade from 8.3
to 8.4.
. Experience with Microstrategy administration is also required.
Complete Description:
. The data warehouse administrator will work in our BICC group and must be
able to perform the following functions:
. Provide technical support and administration of COGNOS & MicroStrategy
reporting environment.
. Maintain Development/QA/Production Environments, including new
installations, upgrades and monitoring of servers.
. Coordinate upgrades between all project teams.
. Provide technical support/troubleshooting assistance on installations and
regular use.
. Migration of objects between QA & Production environments for all
projects, Development to QA for most.

Self-motivated, methodical, require minimal direction, possess strong
communication skills, and be a strong team player.
