Job Title :Oracle WebCenter location :Alpharetta, Georgia, USA Duration :3-6 months Qualifications: · 5-10 years of technical support for enterprise web applications · Senior Oracle Webcenter (formerly Plumtree and BEA Aqualogic )Production Support Engineer with 3-5 years experience to act as a lead and team trainer, as well as, expert trouble shooter. · Experience working in a UNIX, Linux, Windows, OS X, and Oracle 9i, 10G, Microsoft SQL server, .net, IIS technologies · Previous experience using an IT ticketing system for managing reported incidents. · Previous experience using a change management system. · Proven analytical and problem solving skills sufficient to assess complex problems and recommend and implement effective solutions. · Able to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produces effective end results. · Independently perform assignments with instruction limited to results expected. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Must have capability of working in a team environment to accomplish tasks both individually and through working with others. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
