*SQL Developer 4-6+ Months Contract Miramar, FL* *Max Rate $42/hr* Developer will join an existing team and will participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a highly available/scalable infrastructure based on SQL Server 2005. *Required Technical Skills:* 3+ years of full-time experience in database development with SQL Server data warehousing on SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services (2 years+), SQL Server Reporting Services Extensive Experience in developing Cubes using SSAS Expert comprehension of the MDX query language Expert level data mining/modeling skills Extensive Experience with Cube processing best practices and methodologies Implementation of perspectives, partitions, aggregations, roles, DVS, calculated members, calculated measures, SSAS KPI definitions, internationalization, currency conversion, M2M dimensions, reference dimensions, parent child and ragged hierarchies, multiple hierarchies per dimension Experience Building both OLAP & OLTP Databases Experience Building OLAP structures on top of slowly changing dimensions and fact data structures and standards Understanding of the different philosophies in building a warehouse. Relevant experience with dimensional design models in high volume, transaction based environments Modeling security in the cube Proven experience supporting data mining requests for research or business development.
