Job Title : Jr Telecom Analyst Location : Winston Salem, NC Duration : 6+ months Rate : $24 on C2C Job Description: Telecom Analyst is to support Telecom Voice operations initiatives and baseline work. This person will support the day to day operation of CPE equipment and telco services in remote field locations across North America. The telecom analyst need to be highly skilled in call center environments with expertise in Avaya communications manager, Definity G platforms and CMS environments. Candidates applying must be willing to provide after hours support on a rotational basis. Skills: Candidate must have 5 years working experience with contact center software G3R, ACM, CMS, Octel and Modular Messaging. Must be familiar with a range of carrier services and voice systems in North America. Required Qualifications: Avaya certified G3R, ACM, Merlin, Partner, Modular Messaging, CMS, and Octel.
