The release doesn’t contain work in progress stuff so also just mostly complete 
translations.  Quality standards are set by the release team …
If you want to have a polish translation then translating darktable is a job 
that needs to be done by someone. If there’s no one doing this, then no 
translation will be available. You can tell your polish users complaining about 
missing translation that translating darktable isn’t rocket science. Simply 
have a look at https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/wiki/Translations and 
just start contributing… 
If no one is doing the job then this is an indication that there’s no need for 
a translation - thats how foss works :)
