Hi all,
I have no programming skills, so my contribution to the product is to
sing its praises far and wide. I am extremely grateful to the
development community of Darktable for enhancing my enjoyment of
photography.
My wish list item is for the "Export" button to become a floating
control with "stay on top".
My reason for asking this is that I belong to The Melbourne Camera Club
and competition entries must be 1920px x 1200px 2Mb max size, I also
post work to ModelMayhem 2000px x 2000 px 1Mb max size, and also
Instagram 1500px x 1500px (and I use framing and watermark on IG Images).
So having set up my target directory, I would like to be able to work in
the darkroom and export. Rather than shift to Light-table, scroll to the
Export button and Export.
Having checked the competition subjects for the Camera Club for the
year, I like to browse through various folders and export to the my
competition folder so that I can make a choice in time to enter. A
floating button would be a great assistance.
