Update to git master 3.1.0+1016 changed the behaviour. Bug is now as
follows :
- Select module retouch for the first time
- Select any tool (circle or ellipse or free path or brush) and move the
mouse over the image area : tool symbols are not shown, the module don't
gets enabled (on/off icon stays in "off" position)
- It is impossible to create a free path or a line using the brush.
Trying so : nothing happens.
- It is possible to "blindly" use the circle or ellipse tool. Doing
this, the module gets enabled (icon switches to "on"). Thenceforward all
tools are working as expected.
