Which dt version do you use ?
Have you try the same operation with a totally new db ?

No, I'm sorry! This is back!

The error occurs in any of my RAF files, strangely, if I apply a crop that
results in an image with more than 85% (approximately) of the original image.
If the cropped area is less than 85% of the original area, the error does not
happen.

My export settings are the default ones, I'm running Darktable on Ubuntu 18.04.

It occurs with png or cube luts.

Thanks!
Marcus

Hi Philippe

This situation was occurring only with RAF files. With CR2 and JPEG files,
operation is normal.

My export settings are all default, for 8 bit jpeg, quality 90.

When exporting to PNG or TIFF the error also does not occur.

Buuuuuut, when I returned the file format to JPEG, the error stopped occurring.

I know it sounds strange, you will think it was my mistake, but the sample file
is in Google Drive to prove it ;-P

Could it be some configuration of the old version of Darktable that was in
conflict with the new one? Then, when I changed the output format, did the
configuration get fixed?

Well, anyway, thank you very much for your attention!
Marcus

Hi Marcus
I've made a try with your image + xmp and I don't see any difference between
darkroom and exported image.
Do you have this effect with all images ? all luts ? all crop settings ?
What are the "export selected" parameters ?
Philippe

Hi

When applying 3D LUT and crop to an image, the exported image is much brighter
than the image viewed in the dark room.

Is this a known issue? Is there any workaround?
I already tried to move the Crop module to after Lut 3D in the pipeline, but it
didn't work.

My image is a RAF file from a Fujifilm X70.

I shared a folder on Google Drive with the exported sample images, the RAF
file, the XMP and the cube file used in the Lut 3D module:

Thank you very much for any help!
Marcus
