Hi developers and translators, Darktable 3.0 has been released for 2 weeks now, so it is time to release the user manual and the translations.
When is the release of the user manual planned? In github there are still some pull requests for the manual waiting for a review and merge (e.g. PR #3015 and PR #4054). Who takes care of this one?
