You don't really need a beast. AMD RX560 with 4GB of RAM cost ~120 Euro and RX570 with 8GB ~160 Euro in Germany. You find used RX470 8GB cards for ~100Euro. However I don't know what budget you have. Start searching for used cards and if you look for a while I'm sure you will find a good deal to get one.
