Thanks (to those responsible) for the updated manual! However, I do notice that the further you go through the manual, the more out of whack the page numbers are in relation to the table of contents. For example, the TOC says that section 9 starts on page 193, when it actual fact, it starts on page 201. Section 10 starts on page 213, not 205 as indicated by the TOC.
