Hi François - Under the "basic group" in darkroom you should find the "white balance" module. From there, you may adjust the color temperature and change camera presets if your camera is supported.
If the module isn't present under the basic group then you'll have to activate it in the "more modules tab in the far lower right hand corner of your screen.
