Hi  Tobias (Houz),

can you explain me what exactly not work on pull request 1667?
The build process of `darktable-usermanual-dtorg`  on my PC runs without 
error messages, I just tested it again. Please see my comment on Github from 
1th May.
If I know whats happen I can solve it.
